Visit Kastaņnams
A fully built, two-bedroom, all-season timber-frame home — already manufactured and ready for delivery. Standard price: €63,400. Before you decide, you can visit the demo house — book a visit and see for yourself how thoughtfully designed and high-quality it is.

We sign a clear and transparent agreement
Before delivery and installation, we formalize our cooperation legally. Our contract is simple, client-friendly, and clearly defines the obligations and commitments of both parties. We explain every part of the agreement — step by step, in plain language, with no legal catch. You’ll know exactly what’s being done, when it happens, and how much it costs. From the moment the contract is signed, installation typically takes place within 3–4 weeks. The exact timeline depends on completing formalities, preparing the foundation, and the speed of the local building authority. We take care of all the necessary documentation and do everything possible to ensure the process runs smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

Stage-by-stage payment — safe and transparent
After signing the contract, you make the first payment — 50% of the house price. The payment must be made no later than seven business days after the contract is concluded. The second payment — 40% of the house price — must be made no later than one day before the house delivery. The remaining 10% is paid only after the house has been installed and the handover acceptance certificate has been signed.

We assist with the simple approval process for a 1st-category building. No bureaucracy. No hidden steps. The formalities are usually straightforward and move quickly — we help with everything needed to keep the process smooth and hassle-free.

Foundation installation with screw piles (included)
We install the foundations — quickly, professionally, and with many years of experience. The standard solution is screw piles, which are reliable, durable, and suitable for most soil conditions. If you choose our screw-pile solution, the foundations are usually completed very quickly — with no concrete work, no drying time, and no unnecessary waiting. If the client chooses a different type of foundation or if the land requires it, an additional permit may be necessary. In such cases, responsibility for the foundation solution and related documentation lies with the client.

Delivery and costs
Both delivery and house installation across the entire territory of Latvia are included in the house price. The price may change only if the site is located outside Latvia — in such cases, delivery and installation costs are calculated individually, taking into account distance, access conditions, and logistical complexity. There are also situations where the land plot is located in a particularly difficult or remote area — for example, on an island or in a location accessible only by water or air. In such cases, we also look for a solution and, if necessary, offer custom delivery and installation logistics, such as transport by ferry or specialized cargo vehicles.

The entire delivery and installation process is fully organized by us — you don’t need to arrange or coordinate anything. Once the foundations are ready and all formalities are complete, the house is fully installed within 10 days. No mess. No waiting. Just results. The house is delivered to your property in large, factory-built section blocks. This allows for precise, fast installation without unnecessary intermediate steps.

You inspect the result, we explain the details, and you take ownership of your new home. That’s your moment — the house is in your hands, and you can start making it truly yours.

The house is ready — you have the freedom to design the interior your way
The house is delivered at a black finish level, meaning all essential structural work is completed, while the interior finishing and engineering systems are left to you. You can choose the wall finishes, flooring, lighting, and kitchen solutions for your home. You also decide the locations of electrical outlets, switches, wiring points, and plumbing connections. You can complete the interior finishing at your own pace and according to your taste — without deadlines or stress, when you are ready. If you wish, we also offer a full house delivery cycle up to a turnkey solution. This means we can provide electrical installation, heating systems, water and sewage connections, as well as full interior finishing — coordinated, transparent, and managed by a single responsible party. You can choose to do everything yourself or entrust the entire process to us. In both cases, we ensure clear communication, technical support, and a professional approach throughout the entire home-building process.
